New clients will attend an Initial Consultation/ Assessment before commencing group classes.
If you're commencing Pilates for its rehabilitative qualities rather than for general fitness, your assessment session is where you can inform us of any physical or medical issues you may be dealing with.
We receive many referrals from physiotherapists, physicians and chiropractors, and we're happy to liaise with your current practitioner.
All our sessions are 1 hour in length and are by appointment only. You may book as you go or reserve regular weekly time slots in our master class schedule.
Dressing rooms with lockers, bathroom with shower facilities and fresh towels are provided.
Please arrive a few minutes before your Assessment session commences so that you can complete your paperwork and allow yourself to become familiar with our studio.
Wear comfortable clothing so that you can move freely, and bring a clean pair of socks to wear in the studio. DO NOT wear clothing with zippers, belts, buttons or metal bits, as these damage the equipment.
We require 24 hours notice of cancellation on all bookings or full charge is incurred. Payment may be made by cash, cheque, credit card or direct deposit. All card transactions incur a 1.5% surcharge.
If you have any other questions, or would like to make a booking, please give us a call. You're also welcome to come in and have a look at our place.
